- Subject : Domestic residents or foreigners who are preparing to debut in Korean movies and dramas, rookies or aspirants who are preparing to enter overseas markets.

- 대상 : 한국 영화/드라마 데뷔를 준비하는 국내 거주 또는 국내 방문 외국인, 해외 진출 준비하는 신인배우/지망생
